Since 2006 our firm has been pre-qualified by the NYC School Construction Authority, and in 2009 was awarded a 3-year Capital Improvements Project (CIP) Contract for projects up to $8 million dollars. We understand the needs and processes required to work within agency standards, while simultaneously we maintain our primary focus on design innovation in educational spaces for elementary school children.
